strictly ballet dancing (in the forest)

A few weeks ago I was a style assistant for the magazine HipandHealthy.com

Today I went to the magazine offices and helped out with the new edition in January and made mood boards for the style section. May not sound like your cup of tea, but it certainly was mine. My idea of a good days work. Yes, I am rather sad but drinking tea, eating mince pies and clementines, chatting to all the lovely beautiful healthy girls and flicking through magazines for images ... ok- yes a little sad. Let's not get too carried away.

But anyway, i forgot how beautiful the photos of the shoot were in the last edition. It was an advertisement for running and gym gear, but modelled by ballet dancers. The morning couldn't have been more perfect, with the sun rising by the river on Putney bank. The rowers on the river, the crisp frosty grass and the blue sky was idyllic. Autumn was well and truly here... My hands were about to seize because of the cold. Watching the beauty of the ballet dancers do their thing in public was breathtaking, even the dogs stoped to watch!

Hope you like the pictures:

A body to die for or what?!?

I want this outfit to dance in!!

The...

 Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park

Ali Best; blonde hair and big blue eyes is the perfect model for this Christmas shoot taken a few weeks ago at the Christmas festival in London. The clothes we tend to wear in Winter are usually dark and and a bit drabby, the usual big jumper with jeans and a pair of boots is something we are all a bit use to. The dark days, often make us feel more sad, which isn't helped by the dark clothes we wear to. We only want Spring to come ASAP! This shoot, styled by Olivia Glennie, brings out the colour and excitement that we should all be wearing this Winter! The sparkly hot pants, feathery jumpers, fur jackets and stripy shirts is something that we should all put on our list  and something to make us not so sad :)

Enjoy

Red converse.. gotta have them!!

We are TRAMPS

Not only is this blog specifically fashion and interests, but also myevents. To set of the first event for this blog had to be last Friday night.. the 16th December!

After a really long week at school, that seemed to go on for a bloody long time and took forever to reach Friday- it was finished of well and truly amazingly!! Minna (who is a five year friend), absolutely crazy and full of fun had her 18th birthday celebration. A night I will remember for a very long time.

We began at a raving restaurant called
Ciro's Pomodoro
in Beauchamp Place, Knightsbridge. It was  a club scene but a sit down meal at the same time. Everyone bounced in the chairs whilst eating delicious Italian food and drinking sex on the beach cocktails and singing to all the great tracks. It was a basement restaurant that was dark and small but so buzzy and electric. Ciro the owner of the restaurant was a crazy man, and seemed to love our "teenage" vibe. He was rather eccentric with his tattoo's and baggy pants. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a good dance as well as feed.Perfect to celebrate!!!

Minna in her Herve Leger dress and Christian Louboutin's! sexxyyy!

Birthday blow

Liv in DolceandGabanna, and brown fur jacket! Olly and Skip in crisp white shirts... can't go wrong!

After the live band finished, we then headed to TRAMP. A very historical and prestigious club of Regent Street.

It was outrageous;
 The music was up,
the people were hot,
the drinks kept flowing
and we didn't stop dancing.

I was surronded be Hermes burkins and Chanel white watches! (would have taken some photos, but not sure how well it would have gone down)! We even had a sneaky visitor called Katie Price- who was an intretsing character to say the least. I was loving the mid morning hot dogs, burgers and chips at 2am. Really gave us all a boost to carry on partying until 4am.

Callum, Me, Zanna and Charlie in TRAMP

It was a ridiculous night, thank you so much Minna!

So long folks, till the next event!

WISETON ROAD

A coincidence, that I blogged about the photo shoot on Wednesday, as that beautiful derelict house has gone commercial for the MILKZINE
Looking at the photos the atmosphere conveys an emptiness, and the girl is living a very suburban life- contemptibly dull and ordinary. It is amazing looking at the photos, and knowing how tweaked they are. Technology these days makes everything look so beautiful. The set really comes to life, and is vibrant, even though it my look empty!

Check out the shoot, (plus my name) :)

"Wiseton Road- Stuck in Suburbia".

Love the floral wall paper!

Doesn't really look mouldy any more!

my favourite... simplistic but quite powerful

On other terms, broken up from school! Woooopp... about bloody time. Had a great night with all my friends on Beauchamp place for dinner and then on to TRAMP for a boogie. Will be posting photos of everybody's beautiful outfits!

A Beautiful Derelict house

In half-term I was working on a shoot for The Milkzine, as a style assistant to Candice Bailey. Was an awesome day, and was great to meet so many interesting people giving me so much advice on my life, and what to do.. Was a little bit overwhelming, as everybody said something different. Besides the point. Here are a few cheeky photographs of the day. The brief was based around a girl who had been out, but was cold and wanted to put on as many woolly jumpers and coats, and explore the other un-glamorous side to the world.

Clothes clothes and clothes..

 Yes you do look lovely...

The filming took place in a derelict house in Clapham. A bit creepy at times- The floral room looked like a brothel.. no jokes. I have never been so cold in my life. I froze to death, but got to wear lots of nice warm designer jumpers and scarves.. arrwww

Nice mouldy carpet!

Will let you know when the shoot comes out!
