"What would posses someone to go Topless to lunch" ?!?

So its Sunday Afternoon, its now dark. I've just had roasted pheasant for lunch, and mince pies for pudding, (and no i would not dream of eating lunch topless). I'm very happy in my v-neck sweater thanks...


I've "cosied" up on the sofa with a cuppa tea and GRAZIA and 


WOW what a SIGHT!! 


I'm loving the grey socks and black wedge sandals, cute black skirt too, but, polka dot TRANSPARENT vest? NAAAAdddaaaa


 
As the Itialian "it" girl not to mention fashion designer, strolled down the street,the question I want to know is 

1. Elonora did you catch a cold? 
2. Was it not just a bit too nippy? 

It may be legal to walk down Park Avenue, in NY topless, but is it wise in DECEMEBER? 




I have never visited NY but i've been told thoroughly about the daring looks.. and this is certainly one of them.

Well.. I mean who's denying it? Rules are there to be broken.The only positive break through from this is probably an inspiration to GA GA! I had to share this, because although the men are enjoying it, is it really elegant?
